Week of 4/19
So I missed last week due to Covid ridiculousness, and this week is not super inventive, but everything can either be thrown on the grill or in the oven. It will still be nice to get back to some sense of normalcy and decent homemade meals!
I use Grillmates marinade packets and will use it on the chicken as well as the zucchini spears. Throw it on the grill and it's super easy. Add in some carb loading with crunchy bread and some nice olive oil for dipping, yum!
Tuesday: Burgers, chips and salad
We will do bacon, avocado and cheddar on the burgers! Just some plain chips (mainly for Aaron and Alden) and a side salad to make it a rounded meal.
Wednesday: Sausage, pepper and onion with pierogies
For this we will use chicken sausage, and toss everything with some olive oil and throw it in the oven to roast. This is a super easy throw together meal.
Thursday: Take out
Friday: Naan make your own pizzas
Aaron and I will have arugula, sausage and brie, Alden will have black olives and mozzarella!
Saturday: Grilled steak, sauteed green beans, rice pilaf
Sunday: No idea- can’t think that far ahead today.
