Week of 10/04:
Sunday: Spaghetti with garlic bread and salad
Monday: Homemade Pizza
Tuesday: Crunchy chicken, mashed potatoes and roasted broccoli
I will probably go old school and make some shake n bake, but you could easily make your own breading.
Wednesday: American Chop Suey
Some people also call this Goulash. I make a simple one with ground beef, green pepper, onion, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes baked all together with mozzarella cheese. Similar to this one.
Thursday: Salad and leftovers or JUSTIN COOKS!
My nephew almost never gets time off and in a last minute decision he is going to take a few days and come visit. He is a chef and his food is damn good.
Friday: Out to eat- perhaps the Social Still?
