Week of 9/27:


Sunday: BLT bowls


Monday: Crockpot butternut squash soup and salad


Tuesday: Soft shell tacos

Ground chicken with cojita and pickled red onions


Wednesday: Aaron and Alden on their own for a “bro night” dinner

Most likely they will get McDs or pizza- if I were a betting woman!


Thursday: Cheddar dill mac n cheese with peas

Alden and I like peas, Aaron does not, so while he is away, we shall eat peas!


Friday: I get to have dinner with my sister and niece who are visiting colleges in Philly!
