Week of 5/25
Sunday: Cheesesteaks and fries
Aaron is the master of Philly Cheesesteaks, recreating a “Provo wit”
Monday: Grilled marinated chicken with fresh veggies
I am going to stop by the local farmer’s market on Sunday for some fresh veggies, hence why I am not specifying what deliciousness we will indulge in!
Tuesday: Tacos
I have been keeping homemade pickled red onions on hand (they last 3-4 weeks in the fridge) and let me tell you, they are amazing! I do not love red onions- but pickled red onions are out of this world!
Wednesday: Homechef meal: Crispy Prosciutto and creamy lemon rosemary gemelli
Thursday: Homechef meal: Garlic pepper and lemon herb butter chicken with parmesan pea risotto
Friday: Unknown at this time! We will most likely head to the river so may just grab something easy or do some PB&J sammies :) Happy unofficial summer and Memorial Day Weekend!!
Saturday: Crock pot pulled pork with Carolina Slaw
I can let the crock do all the work all day and make the slave Friday eve that way I can enjoy what will (hopefully) be a lovely day at the river!
Sunday: Grilled steak, salad and grilled asparagus and strawberry rhubarb pie
I adore making pies and a strawberry rhubarb just seems PERFECTION for a Memorial Day Weekend treat.
