Sunday Scaries- meal plan week of 6/7

Week of 6/7


Monday: Shredded Mexican chicken with green salad

I will pop the chicken in the slow cooker for the day with some Mexican spices, shred, add a bit of salsa and top a nice salad.


Tuesday: Grilled BBQ pork chops, rosemary parmesan grilled potatoes and veggies

I am going to add onion, asparagus, and brussels sprouts to the potatoes and put it in a foil packet for the grill!


Wednesday: Leftovers and tidbits

We will most likely have some shredded chicken and veggie leftovers from the weekend as well, tonight will be a “clean up” night! We avoid wasted food at ALL costs :)


Thursday: Fresh veggie pasta with lemon butter sauce and salad

Alden prefers fresh pasta! I will add some peas, tomatoes, lemon, salt and butter topped with a bit of cheese. Pretty simple and delicious!


Friday: take out


Saturday: grilled flank steak with lemon arugula salad and orzo


Sunday: who knows!
