Week of 9/20:
Sunday: Grilled naan pizzas
We will most likely spend the day at the river, one of the last days of the summer and we want an easy, fast meal for the afternoon! Any variety of cheeses, sauces, veggies or toppings work wonderfully. Alden will most likely just do a margherita pizza, Aaron will want some meat, and I may do a white pizza!
Monday: Black bean and corn taco salad
Tuesday: Panko crusted ranch chicken, broccoli and fingerling potatoes
A homechef recipe that both Aaron and Alden will like and that comes all set for me to cook efficiently- win win win! My code MorganF616 will get you a discount if you want to try it out.
Wednesday: Thai style pork and veggie noodle bowls
Another homechef meal we customized with pork in place of beef. This one only takes 10-15 minutes to make and I make it before I leave for work (I work until 8:30p on Mondays and Wednesdays). To have a nice balanced meal without having to eat a frozen dinner or something on the fly is so nice! My code MorganF616 will get you a discount if you want to try.
Thursday: Lemon thyme chicken, rice pilaf and salad
Mix some flour with fresh thyme and dredge cubed chicken in the mixture. Sautee on the stove top- half way through cooking squeeze fresh lemon over the chicken! So tasty and simple.
Friday: Out! Not sure where yet, but someplace we haven’t been in a while and can sit outside and relax :)
